3、 Forming process
1. GRP flat plate: GRP flat plates are continuously produced on professional fiberglass flat plate production lines. Mainly made of unsaturated resin and glass fiber felt, fully impregnated and cured in a high-temperature curing furnace, then trimmed and cut to size according to customer requirements to produce finished products.
2. GRP head: Select the corresponding mold according to the customer's drawing requirements. First, spray a rubber coating on the surface of the mold. After it solidifies, evenly apply the prepared unsaturated resin to the mold. Then lay the glass fiber felt, use a pressure roller to remove bubbles and fully wet it. Let it stand and solidify before demolding and cutting the edges.
