1、 Product Features
Polyurethane insulation materials have the advantages of uniform foam pores, high strength, thermal insulation, good dimensional stability, low water absorption, good insulation effect, light weight, high specific strength, and easy construction. At the same time, they also have the characteristics of sound insulation, shock resistance, electrical insulation, heat resistance, cold resistance, and solvent resistance.

3、 Forming process
1. Rigid polyurethane foam plate: the insulation plate is cast into a large foam body by the box mold, and then cut and processed into a fixed length plate according to the size requirements of the customer's drawings.
2. Modular PU rigid polyurethane foam: open the corresponding mold according to the customer's drawing requirements, pour the foam combination into the mold cavity, and then demould it after curing and molding.
3. Foam spraying rigid polyurethane foam: professional foam spraying equipment is used to evenly spray the foam combination on the surface of the substrate requiring thermal insulation through the spray gun of the foam machine according to the technical requirements of the customer, and a uniform layer of PU thermal insulation foam is generated by reaction.
The newly solidified PU rigid polyurethane foam must have a corresponding standing time to allow for the next process.
