1、 Product Features
Polyurethane adhesive is easy to apply and usually only requires single-sided coating to firmly composite. It can self bond or cross composite various metal or non-metal materials. The main surface substrates for bonding can include: color steel plates, wooden boards, fireproof boards, magnesium oxide boards, electroplated galvanized boards, ordinary steel plates, etc; The main bonding core materials are: paper honeycomb, rock wool board (strip), calcium silicate board, gypsum board, polystyrene foam board, phenolic foam board, polyurethane foam board, low, medium and high density fiberboard, glass board, perlite board, etc.

3、 Usage process
1. Pre treatment: Remove oil stains and floating dust from the surface of the substrate, and keep it flat
2. Coating: Apply the prepared adhesive solution evenly on the surface of the pre treated substrate using a serrated scraper. The coating amount is generally controlled at around 250g/m2 (based on the single surface area of the steel plate). If the core material is porous (such as rock wool), the coating amount should be appropriately increased. (Note: When using single component adhesive, a water sprayer can be used to evenly spray a layer of fine water mist on the surface of the adhesive layer.)
3. Composite: Composite the adhesive (core material) on the coated substrate, and the core material must be in full contact with the substrate without leaving any gaps, which will affect the bonding strength.
4. Compression: Apply pressure to the composite board in the shortest possible time, with a recommended pressure greater than 0.2 Kg/cm2 (depending on the material), to prevent the bottom layer of the board from being affected by insufficient pressure due to the curing reaction of the applied adhesive.
5. Molding: Before unloading, ensure that the adhesive has fully cured. At room temperature, the pressurization time for single component adhesives must be greater than twelve hours, and the pressurization time for two-component adhesives must be halved. The pressurization time may be adjusted appropriately depending on the ambient temperature and relative humidity of the air.
6. Maintenance: After unloading, the bonded finished product should be left for at least one day before proceeding to the next process.
4、 Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in 25kg and 1500kg plastic drums and stored in a sealed warehouse at an ambient temperature of 0-25 ℃. The storage period of single component room temperature adhesive is one year, and the storage period of single component hot pressed adhesive is one month; The storage period of two-component adhesive is six months.
